We are situated in one of the finest positions in Eastbourne overlooking the gardens in Wilmington Square, within one hundred yards of the sea and close to the Winter Gardens, Congress and Devonshire Park Theaters.

There is unrestricted parking outside the hotel and the town centre is a leisurely ten minutes walk away. In the warm and friendly atmosphere of our dining room, start your day with a "Sussex Farmhouse" breakfast and for your evening dinner select from our varied menu of traditional English food.

Accommodation Information

You can enjoy a lunchtime snack on our Bar terrace or afternoon tea in the sun lounge. The comfortable lounge bar offers you a friendly atmosphere to enjoy a drink, meeting friends old and new, with live entertainment some evenings. We offer a selection of single, double, twin and family rooms, all being centrally heated and en-suite with color TV, and tea making facilities. Our comfortable rooms are situated at the front of the hotel, some sea views, and the lift serves all floors.
