The Heritage Hotel is an independent hotel, located in the city centre, which boasts one of the largest function rooms in Derby. The hotel has undergone a mass refurbishment program, that is at present 75 percent complete.

We pride ourselves in offering a high level of comfort and service, with a friendly atmosphere.
With 92 bedrooms,all with full en-suite facilities, hospitality tray, trouser press, hairdryer, colour television and direct dial telephone. We have 8 suites which have a private sitting area, large screen television and well appointed bathrooms.
We have two main function rooms, with two syndicate meeting rooms, where we can cater for up to 500 guests. Whether this be a small intimate private lunch for 30, or a large banquet or wedding for 500. Our "Darwins bar/coffee bar" offers a modern but relaxed atmosphere to all residents. There is limited free car parking at the hotel for residents. The hotel is easily accessible from all the major routes into the city centre.
