Greenacres is situated in the village of Lindale in the Cartmel peninsula to the South of the Lake District National Park, an area of quiet beauty and glorious views. You would be ideally placed to explore the Lakes, Dales and Morecambe Bay.
The Southern shores of Windermere are just six miles away, and there are many museums, stately homes, castles and places of interest all within easy reach.
The comfortable bedrooms (double (2), twin and family) all have full en-suite facilities, and are equipped with central heating, colour television, radio/alarms, hair dryers and generous hospitality trays.
In the evening you can relax in the conservatory, or in the lounge, with log fire in the winter
In our sunny dining room you will be served a traditional Cumbrian breakfast, using good local produce, or a lighter Continental breakfast should you prefer it. Vegetarians are also well catered for. Packed lunches are available on request.
We are enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the area, and have a wealth of maps, guidebooks and local information for your use. Drying facilities are available for walkers. There is ample off road parking.
