Welcome Rest is a specialist provider of short term residential accommodation (1 day to 1 year).

At present the company has properties available in Plymouth, South East and North Cornwall.

The properties are ideal for that person needing to get away from their current environment, or for those that want to sample the fantastic things on offer in Devon and Cornwall and Plymouth in particular.

Plymouth is the eighth largest city in the UK and boasts a host of attractions. It has a very impressive coastline and is home to one of the most important naval bases in the country.

Callington (where a number of our properties are situated), which is about 15 miles from Plymouth in South East Cornwall is a historic former mining town and famed for its murals. Callington is also the nearest town to St Mellion where the championship golf course, designed by Jack Nicklaus is a must play for all of those golfers who want to experience the ultimate challenge.
