If you’re arriving via train

Exit the train station and make your way up City Road. Head towards the main shopping Street (Foregate Street). When you get to "Woolworths" (fancy goods store), you will see Queen Street opposite; Pennies is 100 yards up that road on the right hand side - No 18

Taxis should cost no more than £4.00

If you're driving:

Exit the M6 at junction 20, exit onto M56 toward Chester/Runcorn,
at junction 15, exit onto M53 toward Chester/Wrexham then
at junction 12, take the A56 exit to Chester.
Continue to follow A56
At Hoole Way roundabout, take the 1st exit onto A5268/St Oswalds Way
At next roundabout, take the 4th exit and keep left. (After pedestrian crossing, take first left into "York Street"
Eventually "York Street" becomes "Queen Street"
Pennies is on the left hand side. No 18.
