Pennies Guest House offers basic but bright, clean, comfortable, and affordable accommodation right in the heart of the historic city of Chester. It is perfectly situated for all of Chester city centre's attractions as well as the railway station and all major road links.

We offer a choice of rooms ranging from twin rooms, double rooms and a large family room. It is the ideal choice for group bookings of up to 6 people. So go on...organize that weekend you've been promising yourselves for ages! We pride ourselves on our spotlessly clean rooms and facilities and the friendliness of our service. There are TVs in all of our rooms as well as access to tea and coffee making facilities in a shared kitchen.

There’s plenty for you to do in Chester....

With many of the attractions just a short stroll away, the city is packed out with things to do and see - probably one of the most impressive sights being the Rows, two-tier shopping galleries which date from the middle Ages.

There are many other fine buildings, including the Cathedral, Amphitheatre and the second most photographed clock in Britain after Big Ben -The Eastgate Clock.
But Chester is by no means a city of the past, it can offer up to the minute entertainment and excellent shopping facilities.

You don't need to travel far from the city centre to find other main attractions such as Chester Zoo, Blue Planet Aquarium and Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet Village.
