everything. the staff is amazing. my flight got cancelled and they were more than willing to accomodate me. very helpful and so fun.

Kipps is the way all other hostels should be. While a little on the expensive side this place is really worth the money, extremly clean, great showers, rooms were warm, louge with tv, as well as an great kitchen WITH CLEAN DISHES AND POTS! They did have a dog named cuba that was really sweet and mostly sleep the whole time i was there after giving him a pat. Only complaint is they were a little out of the way so make sure you have good directions before you go other wise youll get lost.
