Liked: Nothing, the staff was very unfriendly to us.

Disliked: The unfriendly atmoshphere. When we arrived we were welcomed as if it was very strange that we were there. A man walked through a private door, then he came back and told us that someone was coming. The manager arrived and told us that we could only sleep there, further he didn't wants to see us.

Liked: We were met promptly on arrival by a friendly guy. The room was clean enough and adequate, with facilities for making tea.

Disliked: The bathroom and toilet could do with a make-over and at very least a thorough cleaning!

Liked: Difficult to find a point right now. It has doors, windows, floor.... The toilet seems to work. No bed bugs.

Disliked: The Guesthouse has defective beds, poor cleaning management (including spiders and a vast array of ants; common room for dining offers a disgusting microwave, unusable plastic knives and a group of dirty old tea boxes). Considering the price, we all were expecting much more. The very first moment we entered the room and sat on our beds, a sudden sound of wood cracking welcomed us, meaning that the bed structure was falling apart. The room had a flat screen TV and aonther very old one hanging from the wall, looking at us, useless and forgotten. Inside the room there is a sort of cabinet where, after opening the doors, you can find a sink; the sink itself has old dirty marks and I wonder how the owner could tell that the water coming from that tap is supposed to be drinkable. Since it seems to be kept closed at all times, the sink also provides the guests with a strong smell of old humidity, that along with the old dirty marks (that seem to be either from previous guests or from dripping of the tap) on the sink give a perfect reason to keep the doors shut. All in al it was one of our worst hostel experiences and now that the trip is over we can unfortunately remember the place only as a bad memory, that provides us with some story to tell... We tooki pictures of some of the bad features seen at the guesthouse, and we would be willing to forward it to anyone interested.

Liked: Location is good. Very near the train station.

Disliked: Rooms are very basic. You get literally nothing more than those basic items. Items in room are in very poor condition: one of our beds were broken, and the kettle had a torn wire which exposes the inner conducting element. Those items are certainly in need of an immediate replacement.

Liked: I get a room on grond floor which help me to save a lot of energies to carry my luggege up to top floor.

Disliked: I don really like staying in this hostel, not convenient in term of the location wise.

Disliked: Too much expensive for what it is provided Staff not enough professional because it didn't know precisely what I have too paid and, I paid too much for something that I didn't book for and somewhere too far away without any compensation. It is not professional at all

Liked: Nice clean room, helpfull staff and cosy atmosphere. We were just there for sleeping, and that worked out fine.

Liked: the place was clean and the reception is very good. except that the location is a bit too far fro the bus stop at parkside and the train station. for people carrying luggage and walk will be a bit difficult. other than that is good.

Liked: This place was really nice and clean. It was a little out of the way of central Cambridge - about a 15 minute walk - but it was worth it.

Liked: the leisurecenter immediately behind the hostel is really good!!!! the walk into the city is 25 min and it´s a good road to walk!

Liked: It is really good value for money. It was clean confortable and quiet. Not far from bus stop (5 min walk), the train station (10 min walk) and the town center (20 min walk). Staff very friendly. I really recomand this hostel
