Liked: Toilets were very clean, although I did not use the shower there so can't comment on that.. Staff were lovely and helpful, big kitchen with clean utensils. Rooms spacious enough, plus they provided us with an extra heater in case we needed it, which I think was more than many other hostels will ever do!

Disliked: Customer left no negative feedback.

Liked: location was good, if you dont mind a little walk!!

Disliked: You had to pay for everything!! bit of a rip off!! The staff were ok to me but I witnessed them being pretty horrible to other customers!!! All the other reviews said the staff were horrible, they shoulfçd really change the staff!!

Liked: It is very comfortable, I stayed in a four bed room, with the bathroom inside. It was clean and bigger than I expected .

Disliked: That we had to do the check out at 10 a.m. t

Liked: The dorms were comfortable and clean. Comfy beds, cafeteria served breakfast and dinner. Beer available.

Disliked: You have to pay for internet use (5 pounds per 24/h). While the rooms were very clean, the bathrooms were very dirty.

Liked: Surprisingly clean, surprisingly comfortable beds and surprisingly great showers!

Disliked: Wifi costs 5 pounds extra.

Liked: I liked the friendly customer service and the food quality and location.

Disliked: I disliked how noisy the dorms were, the doors could not be closed softly, the only way to close them produced a loud bang, other peoples steps could easily be heard from the floor above. And there was an industrial kitchen extractor fan noise outside our window, it was run all night. The ear plugs you could purchase at reception were not adequate to block out these noises, I recommend buying foam disposable ones from the chemist/pharmacy. There is no parking for customers.

Liked: Good location: a short walk from the railway station and easy to get to Stansted airport from the station. The staff was quite friendly.

Disliked: The building was old and squeaky and it seemed dirty and shabby inside. The stairway was narrow and difficult to get up with all the luggage. Soundproofing was poor and you could hear everything from the corridors and bathrooms = didn't get any sleep at all. There weren't enough bathrooms for the visitors and towels were not included in the room price although the linens were. No place to store your luggage safe from the other visitors in the dorm.

Liked: cadre sympa,trés bien situé, à 2mns de la gare et 10 du centre, chambres sympas et propres,cafeteria sympa et petits dejeuners copieux( bon rapport qualité prix), securité ok, douches et toilettes franchement correctes. Excellente adresse.

Disliked: la gardienne de nuit pas franchement aimable à partir de 23h00...un peu trop agressive!!! Un peu extreme dans ses paroles et dans sa façon d'agir, manque de tact, a la limite de l'impolitesse et de l'irrespect! tout le reste du personnel trés sympa( caféteria, reception)

Liked: Good Location; Fair Price, Simple but nice Rooms;

Disliked: One of the staff members in the reception desk (lady with short gray hair) was extremely rude and inappropriate. Such remark is shared by other hostel guests. The remaining staff team was very friendly and helpful.

Liked: clean, close to the train station.

Disliked: There is an additional £3 fee each for none members which was not made clear. This definitely should be made VERY obvious on the website, as we felt rather annoyed having an additional charge on top of what we had budgeted. We would have been happier if this had been included in the initial booking.

Liked: The location. Close to city center as well as the train station.

Liked: It was clean and modern and everything worked. The breakfast was very good and inexpensive.

Disliked: The bunk beds squeak being wooden, and I chap next to me had a terrible snore!Some light did n't work in the toilet as well as the sittting room.

Liked: Nada! Bueno si, que pude dejar las maletas al día siguiente sin problemas.

Disliked: Pues el baño, a parte de estar asqueroso, el único báter que había, NO tenía cerradura, así que tenías que estar pendiente a que nadie entrara. Las instalaciones pésimas. Horrible. No lo recomiendo.

Disliked: the room and specially the bathrooms smalled really bad. a woman who looks like a Sargent was really annoying and the wifi is really expensive

Liked: The cheapest way to spend a night in Cambridge. Near the railway station.

Disliked: Drinking water only in the kitchen (which is closed at night)! Noisy, I couldn't sleep. Too soft mattress. Quite far away from the center.

Liked: I liked the atmosphere and the friendliness of the staff. It really was a nice place except for all the surprise expenses that occurred after my arrival.

Disliked: There were a lot of surprise fees. For example, I didn't like finding out that the internet was pay only. One has to pay sort of a lot for internet access (£5 for 24 hours, £3 for an hour, or £1 for 20 minutes), even wifi. I also didn't notice how they had the property listed as a certain price and then you find out you have to pay extra if you are not a member of the hostel organization. Now it does mention the fee at the bottom of the description (fine print I'll say), but it would have been less "deceptive" if the full, nonmember fee was listed and it was advertised that non-members would get a discount. Towels and adapters are available but for purchase only where most hostels at least let you rent them. The towel I got stinks. It gets damp around humid air (aka a bathroom where a shower is happening)

Liked: Clean and comfortable, good location for me as I was studying at the Botanic Gardens.

Disliked: Perhaps a few more utensils in the kitchen would of been useful.

Liked: It was fine, the room was clean and all facilities were good. We got a private triple so we didn't have to separate into boys and girls.

Disliked: Quite pricey if you're not a YHA member.
