Liked: Friendly and kind staff, location easy to reach.

Disliked: I've been in other YHA around UK and there the breakfast was included in the price I paid for sleeping.

Liked: Remember you are charged an additional £3 per night if you are not a YHA or Hostelling International member. Breakfast was really good although for the price they could be more generous. The whole place is due a refurbishment and is not quite up to the standards of other hostels I have stayed in.

Liked: Although the price is a little to high for what you get, I have to say honestly that I have never met friendlier staff and I have traveled a lot in UK. So definitely I place to recommend!

Liked: Location was okay, restaurants and supermarkets just around the corner. Staff generally friendly. Toilets and showers not really that nice tho.

Liked: Cleanliness and facilities are great, nice property, didn't experience much of the atmosphere as I only stayed for one night. But everything costs extra, breakfast, internet......be prepared to pay if you need those.

Liked: good locationbut not good for the three pounds per night for the non-membership travellers.it is the only hostels which requires exter money for the stays I have known. I think this is unfair.

Liked: It was very run down and old. Freezing in the bathroom, and the showers could only produce ice hold or burning hot water!The breakfast was good though.

Liked: What I liked: cheap, reasonable location.What I didn't like: broken locks on shower and toilet; the coffee (breakfast in general isn't very tasty, but the selection is large and generous, so if you pick the right things, you'll be fine), they forgot to prepare my take-away breakfast on the last day, and so on.Overall, it was alright, but I don't think I'll ever return.
