Liked: Great guest house, friendly, helpful owner. Clean, comfortable and warm bedrooms, breakfast included and good value for money.

Disliked: Not a lot, it was perfectly good for our needs.

Liked: The price/value balance is fine. Walking distance from centre and close to restaurants/bars.

Disliked: It is very basic and did not even provide a soap. The kettle in the room was not clean. All in all an average, clean bed and breakfast.

Liked: Nothing special, nothing major to complain about.

Disliked: Too many stairs when staying on the top floor. (though the wifi still worked up there which is good).

Liked: Good location to visit the dock area and town centre around Bristol. Local person to help with laundry is good. Close to supermarket and you can heat & eat own meals in the Guest house dining room.

Disliked: Parking is difficult and most of the streets are lined with cars day and night so you can't park close to the Guest house. A VERY LOUD Fire alarm sounded at 1.30 a.m approx. , due to window left open upstairs. It took a while for us to get back to sleep but at least we knew that the alarm worked

Liked: Lovel host very kindly gave us an upgrade. Very nice twin room, with roomy ensuite. Continental breakfast was very good, and replenished daily.

Disliked: nothing.

Liked: Quite big rooms but small shower/toilet...20 minutes walk from train station, 5 minuter to town, continental breakfast, tv, wi-fi and tea/coffee facilities in rooms...quiet location...good value for money...

Liked: our room was a large spacious room and although we had booked a twin room ensuite we had a single and double bed in the main room and a single bed in an adjoining room. lounge / dining room is accessible all the time with no restrictions on your own food.

Disliked: no comment as we were happy with our room.

Liked: free to come & go as please, easy to bring your on food and do your own thing. Perfect if you just need somewhere to saty with no fuss, good location

Liked: Nice view over Bristol, close to the centre, good value, little muffins for breakfast, working showers, clean towels and a working kettle with tea bags, milk and a cup in the bedroom. What more could you want?
