Liked: I loved my single, private room. It was clean, homely, and had a TV, little sink, mirror, nice view over the river, secure, free breakfast (cereal, toast, juice, tea/ coffee, fruit, yogurt). Alison the owner was very helpful and lovely too.

Liked: Within walking distance of Bristol town centre. Landlady was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean.Overall it was perfect for our one night stay in Bristol

Liked: it was quiet, and the landlord gave us a king welcome when we got to the guest house and told us what were the good places to go to eat and others stuff.

Liked: The room was lovely, quite big for 2 people. Cleaned enough. Very quiet.Breakfast so so...not a lot of things and only till 8.30 am. A bit out of the centre, but just 15 min on walk. I'd come back there again!!!

Liked: Situated about 10 minutes walk from the centre, it's run by a friendly and helpful family. They were very accommodating too. We didn't realise that we'd booked a non-ensuite room – they were vere very understanding and put us in a room with an ensuite bathroom at no extra cost. The continental breakfast is pretty standard and room was comfortable and clean. I recommend staying there to anyone who's on a budget but doesn't want to stay in a youth hostel. This felt more grown up.

Liked: Friendly owner, rooms are cleaned every day. Far from the central station(30 min walk) but not really far from the ss Great Britain and the city centre! Good place if you need sleep instead of noisy hostels

Liked: The price is ok, and the location also, it's not very far from the center. The only bad aspect is that the rooms are very cold... We had to ask and sleep with 3 socks, 2 pullovers and 4 blankets!!! the radiator was not on...
