Liked: Free wifi 24/7, nice warm common room where movies are shown 24/7 and a nice big kitchen, friendly staff- very helpful, and two minutes walk from a tescos and the bus stop into town

Disliked: very cold bathrooms.

Liked: There was 24/7 free WI-FI.

Disliked: The hostel is still a work in progress. It potentially could be a much better hostel, if loads of work and maintenance are carried out.

Liked: very friendly staff. Cheap price no frills.

Disliked: very small room with 7 bunk beds. We were fortunate there were not 14 ppl in the same room at the same time otherwise it would have been hell! place looks awful from the outside but you pay for what you get.

Liked: Staff were incredibly down to earth and friendly. This is a novelty having stayed in several hostels in London and other cities where the staff have been dicks. Fantastic kitchen space too with everything required for food. The free tea and coffee was a nice finishing touch too. Movie night was also a nice idea.

Disliked: Location. Having not visited Bristol often, it was a bit daunting to navigate too. It was however a fairly ok walk to the centre of town.

Disliked: Disorganized, very early check out, we were woken up at 10:00 and told to leave. Very hard to find the hostel also.

Liked: Incredibly friendly and helpful staffvery welcoming to large hen party, the bride went for free!

Disliked: Our dorm wasn't anything like the photos of modern beds etc... VERY squeaky beds in the dorm made it difficult to sleep. Looked dodgy from outside - broken windows etc

Liked: It's very near from the airport 15min by 330/331 bus 9 pounds return, but it takes about half an hour to get to the city centre.Definitly it worth for the money you pay.

Liked: The bunk beds, were horrible, they produce a loud noise every time you move on your bed, and if you think about the movements of 16 people in the room it cool be like a nightmare. The temperature in the bedroom was like if you were inside of a steam machine, and then in the bathroom there isn´t any heater. If you only have to stay one night is a good option, but more than that it´s better to find another place.

Liked: Really, this place scared me. It's very far away from the city and hard to get to (we had a rental car and it still took us a long time). The place is very, very shabby (blankets hung over the windows, giant communal showers). The room is basically a long hallway, packed to the brim with 16 dorm beds. When we were there it was only half full, and already there was no place to put our packs down — can't imagine the situation when it is full! It would be a bit better if there weren't stacks of empty cardboard boxes all over the place. The bathrooms are barely functional with no mirrors, door locks, towel hooks... the showers operate on a 20 second push timer, so it's a bit of a dance in there — keep in mind that the men's shower is just a giant room with no privacy. One of the worst hostels I've ever seen.
