Customer reviewIdeal location and really nice simple room - floor to ceiling windows looking out to sea and the pier! Dodgy shutters in the room meant it was difficult to close them properly and it's still a bit light in the room when they are shut, and single glazing meant it wasn't very quiet at night - but they were the only downfalls and we got used to them quickly. Great price for such a good location and very friendly staff, who took my smoothie-soaked duvet and sheets off the bed without complaint and replaced with new ones! Also next to a fantastic restaurant called Drakes - this hotel contributed to a wonderful time. |

Customer reviewthey didn't make up the room in the second morning. they didn't change the towels and didn't clean the room at all. also we could hear everything from upstairs during the whole night. |
