Limited car parking is offered by the hotel on a chargeable first come first served basis £15.00 per night.

Tony Burns has recently taken over the helm as Executive Head Chef after working at the 'Michelin stared' Chez Bruce in London, AA rosette award winning Circa and many 5* properties in Australia and France.
Pebbles is situated on the ground floor offering a modern restaurant with bar, styled in a contemporary design with panoramic sea views of Brighton beach and the channel. Pebbles offers unpretentious, good quality food using only the finest and freshest of local Sussex produce where possible with great service from our friendly and knowledgeable team.
The complete menu is available seven nights and can be taken in the restaurant, bar or as room service.
