Liked: Near the sea, shops and trainstation

Liked: Big kitchen, long counters, a lot of refrigerators Free wi-fi access

Disliked: Rooms are quite small Slightly expensive considering it is not in the city center (3km away) Not enough light in the common room

Liked: Met some cool people who were up for partying. Close to beah.

Disliked: Was a bit far out of Brighton centre - actually in Hove - about a 20 min walk to centre of Brighton (where everything is).

Liked: Nice kitchen. Close to the sea. Nice walk into brighton.

Disliked: Uncomfortable beds that made a lot of noises. Room had its own bathroom, but bathroom didn't have a lock. One shower didn't have hot water. Had to wait a while for help from reception.

Liked: Price was the thing that drew us to the hostel in the first place. We didnt expect much as it was so cheap and was pretty much a last minute booking, but we were very suprised. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. The staff offered lots of advice for places to go! The kitchen was fully equipeed and a great place to meet other guests and socialise

Disliked: We forgot the code for to get into the hostel and we sat outside waiting for about 10 mins. We didnt realise there was a bell on the side, which i think should be made more prominent considering! We were let in by the night manager who apologised profusley for an additional 10 minutes! To be fair I could of saved all the hassle if I didnt loose the code. Also we had to wait quite a while for other guests to use then wash their cutlery as there was a limited amount!

Liked: The location was good for us, and all we really needed was a place to sleep so in that respect it was just fine.

Disliked: There was a mix up with one of our girls beds which we had to try and sort out at 3am which wasn't too pleasant. However the hostel have assured me we will get a refund and I trust this will take place in the next few days.

Liked: The codes on the door, rather than keys. Accessible to alot of people.

Disliked: The room was quite dark, needs a lick of cream paint to freshen and lighten it up.

Liked: The linen and room were clean and the staff were friendly. Entrance is done by door code, so no need for keys.

Disliked: When we arrived, the receptionist tried to charge us an extra £6 per person (5 of us stayed), which I refused to do. The hostel was incredibly noisy, but I guess that's expected from Brighton.

Liked: nice that it was next to the sea, really nice sunny day in brighton so had a great time on the beach!! location is good because i had a nice good nights sleep, its not in the city centre which is goiod, not much noise.. very relaxed nice time wuith good food and good drinks hove hhas lots to offer.

Disliked: I really liked everything to be honest, everyone was really friendly and nice

Liked: I felt very safe and secure and i liked t hat the rooms had codes, as im useless with keys!! code to get out of the hostel was great idea too, very safe!!

Disliked: there wasnt enough space for my bike on the bike rack :(

Liked: better than i expected, had a nice nights sleep, and a good night out in brighton.. oceana was so cool!!! ladies at reception were friendly, i liked the dog tia :)

Disliked: room need some serious airing out.. too many bags on t he floor, people were messy

Liked: i'm sorry, it's really not that great.

Disliked: Numerous problems after booking: - Received a phone call at 12.04am on the morning of my booking asking why I hadn't yet checked in. The gent on the phone got the wrong date. - Received another phone call on the afternoon of my booking explaining they'd double booked one of the 6 beds I'd booked. They would put 1 member of the party in another room for no extra charge. I ended up paying extra for a 2nd person to stay in the same room. - On arrival I waited 10 minutes outside the main doors for someone to let me in. I phoned all of the 3 telephone numbers with no luck. - Every other hostel I've stayed in provides free tea and coffee in the morning. This one didn't.

Liked: staff,guests,room,price,garden,facilitues,entertainment and location were all great for what I wanted, a nice relaxed evening in brighton. Some great shopping and a nice walk along the sdea. Free internet and a laptop facilities were much appreciated!

Disliked: The only fault I had was that my bed was not made when i checked in. I did speak to the reciptionist and she had checked me into the wrong room. the hassle of it all was quite annoying

Liked: brighton was a great night out for us!! the rooms were cheap and the house keeper was hot!!! very close to the sea, lovely walk into town

Disliked: parking was quite difficult! but the receptionist got us there in the end! way to many stairs... and convient;ly i was placed on the top floor!! not happy about that! the shower pressure was not very hard
