Friendly Bed & Breakfast very close to central Brighton. Free Wi-Fi. We also offer complimentary breakfasts, limited secure parking and we are only 200 meters from the sea-front and only 5 minutes walk from Brighton Pier. All double and twin rooms come with private ensuites.

We are well located being 200 meters from the sea front and just 5 minutes walk from the famous Brighton Pier, 10 minutes to the city centre and 20 minutes to Brighton Marina. Officially we in an area of Brighton called Kemptown, well known for its eclectic mix of retro shopping and Brighton’s gay village.
