Liked: The staff where very friendly and helpful, the hostel wash clean and tidy and very centrally located, on the doorstep where the Lane and beach. The train station was a 10 min walk. I was made to feel very welcome. Would definately recommend and go there again.

Liked: Location is as central as you can get, right opposite the pavilian. The comunal areas were really nice and had a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Breakfast was included with a wide range of things to choose from. Had private shower in bedroom. Nice spacious shared bathroom and shower room.

Disliked: There was loud music playing from next door till the early hours of the mornning and the price was more towards the price of a Hotel rather than a Hostel however having a private room felt more like a hotel anyway. So on a whole was worth the money.

Liked: This property presented itself very well. Rooms were clean, well equipt (tv, comfortable beds, sink etc) and showed off Brighton's character.

Disliked: The shower and toilet room wasn't great as it was very small and could have done with better plumbing.

Liked: Best hostel we stayed at during our tour. Great atmosphere especially due to lounge/bar area downstairs. Awesome breakfast for just 2pounds (worth it). Staff is super-friendly and helpful, always available for chat, giving advice and even helping with carrying the luggage. All services (luggage, internet, towels) for free. Daily events in the bar/ lounge area that are lots of fun and represent an easy way to meet other people staying at the hostel. Also very central location town centre basically starts across the street. Rooms are very nice and clean. Definitely staying there again when visiting Brighton the next time.

Liked: It is rather quirky, and I guess that's what they are going for. Good services and ok location, friendly staff and nice occations as "cake-night" for example, when all the guests gets free cakes...

Disliked: It really desperately needs some renovation and updating, more wshing/toilet facilities as it is almost impossible to get time in the morning. Also, the most important updating they HAVE TO DO are double glazing the windows. Loads of loud traffic run past and it really felt like sleeping on the freeway even thou we were three floors up...

Liked: We - mother and daughter - stayed there for 2 nights and felt very welcome, the atmosphere is very friendly and relaxed, the staff is very helpfull, we had a great time and say thank you to the friendly staff!!

Disliked: the Hostel doesn't look very nice from the outside - does need a remake

Liked: We liked EVERYTHING! It was the best hostel we stayed in !! It was very clean, staff was really friendly and helpful, location is great ! Reallyyy it was perfect !!

Liked: The staff was remarkably friendly and helpful. I certainly never expected to have my luggage carried upstairs in a hostel! The place is not big, but it's cozy and very comfortable, in front of the Royal Palace, somewhat close to the Pier and the bars and clubs (not too close, so it's quiet), and just a 15 minute walk from the train station (or 10 if you don't have any luggage). There's very good wi-fi in the rooms. The area seems reasonably safe too.

Disliked: I'd have to be very picky. I couldn't find a plug in the bathrooms, so using an electrical shaver was a bit tricky. There was a drip in my room, but I think I was just unlucky that day as I didn't see any other elsewhere. Everything else was perfect.

Liked: Really nice hostel. Lovely people.very warm, friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Had a lovely few days in Brighton. Can see why this hostel is so well recommended.

Liked: The staff were really nice and the price of the room was very good. The bed, sheets, everything was clean. The shower and toilets were really clean too, it was an amazing time.

Liked: The staff were so so lovely! Made us feel extremely welcome! Room was very clean, nicely furnished and had toiletries at hand which was an extra! Perfect stay in Brighton!
