We are situated at 76 Grande Parade, opposite the Royal Pavillion.

We are approx. 10minutes walk to/from the Train Station - Come out of the Station and walk ahead along Queens Road, at Church Street turn left, and walk down until you see the blue Kipps Brighton sign at the end of this street, just opposite the Royal Pavillion (looks like the Taj Mahal).

We are approx 5 minutes walk to/from the Bus Station and to the Pier. Come out of the bus station onto Old Steine, walk North (away from the sea) along Old Steine to the far end of the Royal Pavillion (looks like the Taj Mahal) and Kipps Brighton is opposite on the right.
