Kipps Hostel of Canterbury - Kent , one of the highest rated hostels in Britain takes over the Brighton Royal Hotel in Brighton from 28 November 2008. The Brighton Royal Hotel will offer comfortable accommodation in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere with spectacular views of the Royal Pavilion.

Kipps Hostel - Canterbury 'Voted No.1 Hostel in England - 2008 ' would now like to welcome you to Kipps Hostel- Brighton. (formerly known as the Brighton Royal Hotel)
We are situated in Central Brighton opposite the Royal Pavillion. Kipps is the only accommodation in Brighton with views of the Royal Pavillion.
We are central to all of Brightons attractions, including the Pier, Beach, Lanes and shopping area. The Theatres/ Music/ Bars and Cafes are walking distance too. Brightons Gay district is also a few minutes away
Kipps Brighton offers a very friendly atmosphere, comfortable, affordable and clean accommodation with excellent facilities.
Kipps Brighton also offers a variety of room types.
Our Private rooms are all equipped with TV, Radio, CD player, Tea and Coffee making facilities, wash basin with FREE Wi-Fi internet
Dormitory rooms are ensuite and we offer free security lockers.
Guests can relax on our roof terrace or in the lounge area You can also enjoy a drink or two in our licensed Bar.

Please, note that the Dorm (10 beds) Ensuite does NOT include breakfast. We are approx 5minutes walk to the Bus Station and to the Pier. Come out of the bus station onto Old Steine, walk along to the far end of the Pavillion and Kipps Brighton is opposite on tright.
