Overview
Our seafront location is ideal for conference groups, couples, stag and hen nights and those wanting the Brighton experience without paying expensive hotel prices. We offer rooms both with or without en-suite bathrooms.
Our seafront building overlooks the sea with fantastic views of both piers. The reception is situated just around the corner in Middle Street.
From here we offer:
* Reception hours Mon-Thurs 10am - 8pm, Friday 10am - 10pm , Sat and Sunday 9am - 8pm PLEASE NOTE WE CANNOT CHECK OUTSIDE THESE HOURS.

We can be found only a stone's throw away from the City's best pubs, bars, clubs, restaurants & cafés. Visitors are within easy reach of Brighton's various attractions and are sure to find a huge range of places to visit to cater for all tastes and needs.
The grapevine seafront is perfectly suited to large groups (including Stags and Hens) and for individual travelers (including Backpackers).

Our budget option: Shared rooms that can accommodate 2, 3 or 4 guests, with showers and toilets conveniently located just outside the rooms. Please note towels are not supplied in this option.
