Sir Edwin Henry Landseer (born 1802) lived in this building. He was a prolific painter and artist of the Victorian age. He loved Brighton and living in this grand old house in Regency Square by the sea. Landseer is probably best remembered for the design of the lions who stand on all four corners of Nelson's Column in the centre of the square. He was also noted for his paintings of animals including the world famous 'Monarch of the Glen'.

Both apartments are within 5 minutes walk of each other, making them ideal for large party bookings (up to 10 people).

The Kingswest concert hall and cinema complex, The De Vere Grand, Brighton Convention Centre, Pier and Lanes are all on your doorstep. Both apartment have views of the sea and are seconds from the beach.

Brighton’s main station is approximately 800 metres away, from where a regular service operates into London Victoria and London Bridge stations. Journey times are approximately 55 minutes during peak hours. London Gatwick airport is just over 46 kilometres (29 miles) away by car via the M23.
