the hotel had no record of the booking through hostelbookers, the hotel was fully booked apart from one room that was having a door repaired there was broken glass on the floor of the room. the staff at first were not all that friendly but to be honest i think they were ok in the end was dissapointed with what ever errors were made between hostelbookers and the hotel
