 Gorgeous and helpful couple who run the place. Really lovely. Puppie dogs! Snacks! (including home made cake!) Lovely room, booked a single but was upgraded to a double. Great showers, full tellie with too many chanels. Easy walk to town and beach. Only stayed one night as I was on my way to the channel Islands to work and wish I'd had longer.

I felt that what ever I needed I could ask for and it would have been no problem for the owners. The little extras of fresh fruit and lovely home made cakes was a delight especially after a long journey. The cake was throughly enjoyed with a cup of tea.

Anne and Paul were very welcoming, probably the friendliest B&B I have ever stayed in..and homemade biscuits in my room every day!

The owners were very accomodating, friendly and helpful. The location of the Hotel was also good, bus stop at end of road to catch cheap bus into Boscombe or Bournemouth. Breakfast in the morning is AWESOME!!!! Worth the stay for sure.

Such a lovely place to stay- we were really made to feel welcome, comfortable and at home and the owners were really helpful- giving advice directions and etc. and the breakfast was fabulous! can't recommend it enough!
