Liked: The owner Colin and his wife gave great service every morning the breakfast was great... they were really helpful and friendly! It is definitley value for money! The room was a bit on the small side for a twin room, but was very clean and as i said good value for the money!

Liked: Super friendly couple run the hostel, helped us with all our questions. Amazing double room, cosy and very clean. Cooked breakfast in the morning was very delicious. Would recommend this hotel to anybody going to Blackpool!

Liked: The hotel is best described as a traditional B and B. Colin and Shirley, the owners, were very friendly. The property was very reasonably priced and only a few minutes walk from both the seafront, adjacent to Central Pier, and the North station. We were given keys to our room and to the hotel so we could walk in and out whenever we wanted which was very useful.

Disliked: In the 5-bed dormitory there were 2 bunk beds and 2 single beds. One of the bunk beds was fairly small, so although only 1 person had to sleep there, it was a bit of a squash. There was no toilet paper in the en-suite toilet at first, but this was promptly rectified when we asked. The keys were slightly fiddly to use at first, but once we got the hang of them it was OK.

Liked: The owners were outstandingly friendly,even gave us a lift to the bus station!! Couldn't have been better,really made us feel at home in the middle of Blackpool. The rooms were amazing with really comfy beds and a really good shower. Will defonately be going back here. Great value for money

Liked: The owners were just wonderful! They made such an effort to make us feel at home. I was concerned that for the price we were paying it would be fairly grim but I couldn't have been more wrong! My only criticism was that the tea cups in the bedrooms were tiny!

Liked: The couple who ran this hostel were brilliant, really friendly and welcoming, they were a pleasure to meet. the room was perfect for us (a group of 5 girls visiting blackpool for a short weekend of fun) but maybe not for all (i.e. if you were after a relaxed holiday) as we shared it with people who were there for the same purpose as us. We had a great time, loved blackpool and the hostel.

Liked: There were no towels in the bedrooms, the owners were hard to contact, it didnt look like the bedrooms had been cleaned, wasnt very happy with my stay, no open bar

Liked: very close to central pier, sea life, wax works and many other major attractions, friendlyness of staff, good place to have a laugh with mates and get drunkk!! also very close to tescos and many take away places with good value meals.
