Important Information

If you're a family booking for a dorm, please let us (Granville Hotel) know before coming. Check-in 12 noon to 15.00pm unless otherwise arranged. We don't have a Reception as such. If however you arrive outside booking-in times please contact us and we will accommodate you. We do not accept groups over 5 people. Any booking for more than 5 people will be canceled and you will lose your deposit of 10% that you paid to the agency. No Exceptions!
