Liked: The irish guy behind the desk was incredibly helpful and very friendly. always nice to have free tea and toast... comfy beds

Liked: An excellent hostel. Developments are still being made, so more facilities will soon be on offer! I will definitely revisit next time I am in Birmingham. Very helpful staff.

Liked: Clean, well organized, friendly. The location os ok but further than billed from the train. the staff are expert and very helpful. It is not an overrun crazy place, very peaceful. Linens clean, floors super-clean. Good for women -- the separate dorms are nice. They don't sell beer but maybe that's not such a bad thing. The unlimited bread, jam & tea is a nice touch. Neighnorhood is kind of interesting and off the main drags. My only gripe is it's a little far from public transport.

Liked: The hostel was spotless and staff both friendly and informative. It is ideally situated close to central Birmingham and tea, coffee and toast were available at anytime.
