Liked: It is the best hostel that I have met,and the staff there are very friendly and considerate, what is more, the room is very clean and comfortable.

Disliked: nothing

Liked: Great rooms really clean, modern, comfy beds and couldn't believe you get a T.V. in the room and the en-suite bathroom was huge, great value for money more than enough facilities to satisfy anyone! Breakfast is great for being free! Toast, jam, cereal, yoghurt, tea/coffee, and orange juice and you can have as much as you like! T.V. room was huge and really sociable and comfy! If you are gonna go anywhere in Birmingham go here! we got taken in a taxi to central backpackers by mistake, glad i didn't book it looked like a very bad area and well away from any of the central areas in birmingham!

Disliked: not really a big issue but slightly hard to find but if you have a ifone with maps on it, it's not bad from new street station, bout 10 min walk!

Liked: Excellent hostel. Rooms and bathrooms were spotlessly clean. Great chillout area with TV and kitchen with free tea, coffee and toast. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is great - about 10 mins walk into city centre.

Disliked: Nothing negative to say.

Disliked: too early check out times, (we didnt arrive till 6.30am but had to be checked out by 11a.m)

Liked: The staff are so wonderful and friendly, simply can not do enough for you. The building is situated well within the city and the atmosphere is very relaxed and welcoming. My friends and I only wish we could have stayed longer and we will most definitely be back before the year is out.

Disliked: Absolutely nothing.

Liked: Living room was nice and comfortable place and kitchen was big enough. Rooms were cute and nicely decorated. beds were also good and covers were warm and big :) nice staff too! Specially that polish guy

Disliked: There were cold in the rooms, and windows were little bit open, so wind came inside :( breakfest was little bit poor.

Liked: Friendly , welcoming staff. Good social space, very cozy with the throws around available. Free wifi, and tea & coffee all the time. Budget price.

Disliked: Faulty toaster. Early evening and morning staff very friendly, overnight staff unfriendly.

Liked: A very well run hostle, Helpfull staff with good local information,Orgnized fun activetes, Hot showers,a plentifull free breakfast and good beds what more could you ask for!

Liked: had an awsome time at hatters!! booked into a dorm for a birthday night out and the aussie guy at recep was absolute gent!! Got a cab between us for a fiver from New st?? haad a few bags:/..we hadnt checked in and already were on hattres pubcrawl vip list..drinks in the common area in the basement..mind the stair. met really cool guys an insane dutch couple..guided to bars and clubs.best night ever!! amazing staff are the best. Ill definately be back if only to see the city and chocolate factory:)

Disliked: that we couldnt stay longer!!;)
