Customers can cancel their reservation anytime up 12pm 1 day prior to the day of arrival. For cancellations made outside this period or in the case of no shows, the first nights stay will be charged. Deposits paid to the agency are non-refundable. For bookings of between 7-14 pax 100% of the booking value will be charged within 7 days of arrival. If cancelled 7 days before arrival no fee will be charged. **If you are more than 15 people please contact the agency groups department in order to make your reservation. We won’t accept group bookings done directly from the site. **All bookings MUST have valid bank/credit card details in order to stay with us** ** Please bring photo ID with you - you need it to check in! Drivers license or passport.
Cancellation Policy
Customers can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 2 days before arrival (local time). Payments made to HostelBookers are non-refundable.

About Hatters Backpack Hostel Birmingham
Every one of our rooms has huge en-suite bathrooms with complimentary bath and shower gels. All of our bunks are the best money can buy with soft foam mattresses to ensure a great nights sleep. All of our bedding is fresh crisp white linen made up on arrival, whilst our privates have all the mod cons you would expect from a hotel!
There’s a plentiful supply of FREE TEA/COFFEE & TOAST 24 HOURS for you to gourge on in our fully equipped kitchen! But as we’re a lovely bunch we also give you a BREAKFAST fit for a king with FREE CEREALS, YOGHURTS, MILK, JUICE & FRUIT!
Our cosy viewing room with it’s has a massive flat screen, quirky rock art and city chalk wall is stocked with THOUSANDS OF MOVIES for you to choose from. If you can’t decide however, we’ll do it for you with movie nights were you can have FREE PIZZA & POPCORN!
However, we don’t want you resting on your laurels all day! At Hatters we believe it is our duty to make sure you have a good time! Our international staff are brimming with insider info on the best places to go and see, but we’re a jealous bunch-that’s why we want to get involved too!

Accommodation Information
We've got rooms from 2 - 12 beds. All ensuite with spotless, spacious bathrooms. All our rooms have key card access ensuring only people staying in a room get into the room. The double/twin rooms are individually decorated with their own funky wallpaper and furniture. Some even have king size beds that would put most hotels to shame. The dorm rooms have probably the most comfortable mattresses around and good solid bunk beds. No squeeky or noisy beds here. They are also very spacious. We didn't cram the beds into the rooms allowing for a nice, comfortable, clean and secure sleeping experience.
