Disliked: not enough toilets, should be more hooks in the bathroom. Although there is a shower in the room, but i dont think peopke would really use it. The shower in the room is kind of like open shower.

Liked: BCB is an amazing hostel! The staff are incredibly helpful, and give great tips on what to do in Burmingham. The breakfast is excellent (fresh fruit!) and we were given free soup in the evenings - WOW! The atmosphere is fantastic and it's a great hostel for meeting people. It's in a brilliant location and is so easy to find from the bus station. They have a laundry service for only £3.50 per bag which is super cheap. I've been travelling for 5 months and this is definitely in my top 3 hostels across all of Europe

Liked: Loved all the colors, made me smile a lot! The staff was really helpfull and showed us where to go and what to do. The location was just perfect, just a 10 minute walk from all the major areas!

Liked: The home like environment BCB has created in the living room for the guests. You can meet new people and do lot of stuffs there. Its amazing and I would recommend people to visit and enjoy that. Free wi-fi in the living room area. The staff are kind and helpful.

Disliked: I lived in the second building owned by BCB which is old and fragile. You are requested not to make noise but even walking on the floor and on stairs create noise by itself. Also, no Wi-fi in this building.

Liked: very good atmosphere, friendly staff, great common room with a LCD projector and a big screen to watch movies and lots of sofas to relax, the rooms are very colourful. it is very comfortable

Liked: Really cool place... love the decor and thought it really was value for money. the facilities were good, better than some of the hostels i've been to.

Disliked: the main place was pretty safe, but the private rooms were a little further off.. the distance wasn't the actual problem, but it's a little worrying to walk alone at night, if you're a woman. actually a relatively safe area, but since its quiet and a littledark, its a little worrying at night.

Liked: If you want a very cheap short stay this is the place for you! Film Nights, quiz nights, pizza night not to mention clean and cheap, cheap!

Liked: Good atmosphere, a nice, cosy lounge, with dvds. The price value is very good, the location is excellent, 6 min. walk from city center. Staff are friendly, and there isa great opportunity to get to know and talk to other guests in the lounge.

Liked: THEIR SPLENDID GARDEN EN BREAKFAST AND PERSONELLTHE PRIZING

Disliked: THE INFO TO GET TO THE HOSTEL MUST BE SERIOUSLY IMPROVED. IT CAN BE UNCANNY AND UNPLEASANT TO WANDER OUTTHERE ALONE AT NIGHT. WHILE TIRED AND NEW TO THE CITY IT IS NOT DONE FINDING CLUES. THERE SHOULD BE MORE DIRECTIONS IN THE STREET AND A LOCAL CAMPAIGN FOR LETTING LOCAL PUBS / CLUBS/CASINO'S KNOW THAT AND WHRE THE HOSTEL IS SO THEY CAN HELP LOST TRAVELERS TO ORIENTATE.
