Its a nice little backpackers and even though its the only one in town they havent just slapped it together to make money, It's got a movie collection and projector etc and the staff are always working on the place..... It was alot better then I expected as it's not really a backpacker town.... Only improvement they could do is provide more information on local things and promote Warwick castle as a day trip.... I found it hard to find out about it... Only one of the staff knew the cheapest and easiest way......

I had an amazing stay here! The staff was so friendly and cool, and the atmosphere was warm, inviting, and comfortable. I can't say enough good things about this hostel--I had fun, made friends, and slept and ate well. I would definitely recommend it to all my friends!

The staff and the common room where out of this world. It's a shame there isn't more to do around Birmingham so I could stay here longer

The fact that the hostel was warm. The room that I stayed in was very hot. I stayed with four interesting women. One was from Australia who was touring Britain. They were very nice and happy to help. The atmosphere was calm.

Staff and location. Bright colors of hostel, relaxing common area, nice to have a beer and watch a movie at night. Really enjoyed the backpackers quiz night, staff laid on a BBQ free of charge which I felt was nice. Found this to be the best hostel in Europe so far, the way the hostel is set up it is great for meeting new people and making new friends. The staff join in and are very helpful. Breakfast was nice (fresh fruit, toast, spreads, tea and coffee with buscuits). Nice to save money without taking buses or taxis as it is based right in the city, a minute from the coach station or five minutes from the train. Well worth a stay.

The staff were really helpful in showing me what to do in the city. The email support I had from Ian before arriving was great and helped me plan my trip. The common room is lovely, nice and bright with lots to do. A nice guests only bar, large TV lots of DVD's, a pool table. The bathrooms were nice and clean as was the whole hostel. A very enjoyable stay.
