Liked: Staff and location. Bright colors of hostel, relaxing common area, nice to have a beer and watch a movie at night. Really enjoyed the backpackers quiz night, staff laid on a BBQ free of charge which I felt was nice. Found this to be the best hostel in Europe so far, the way the hostel is set up it is great for meeting new people and making new friends. The staff join in and are very helpful. Breakfast was nice (fresh fruit, toast, spreads, tea and coffee with buscuits). Nice to save money without taking buses or taxis as it is based right in the city, a minute from the coach station or five minutes from the train. Well worth a stay.

Liked: The staff were really helpful in showing me what to do in the city. The email support I had from Ian before arriving was great and helped me plan my trip. The common room is lovely, nice and bright with lots to do. A nice guests only bar, large TV lots of DVD's, a pool table. The bathrooms were nice and clean as was the whole hostel. A very enjoyable stay.

Liked: Its not expensive. Proximity to the CIty center, CCTV everwhere, the fact I could leave my jacket and it was still there when i got back!

Liked: Best location to bullring shopping center and mostly buses stop .colourful decoration , wireless free , variety of movies able to play .very conveniense kitchen ... LOVELY place to stay , I definitely will come back again..

Liked: The atmoshphere it was there, because they treat you like if you were at home. The hostel is very clean and comfortable, and it is five minutes from the citycentre.

Liked: Fast internet, very helpful staff. The directions board was of great help getting around, common room was cosy and a nice breakfast. They had a backpackers trivia while I was there even though I came last I and everyone had a great time. The rooms were nice and clean and very colorful. 10/10 for how nice and helpful the staff were.
