It was the best hostel I've ever stayed in. Fantastic atmosphere there was always something happening, well worth a trip even if you don't want to go to Birmingham.

i liked the warm and special atmosphere......if u book in such an hostel u dont have to go out in the evening. i would suggest to everyone to go to birmingham just to visit the hostel...the most beautiful hostel i ve ever been in!

The most important thing for me is the place is very quiet and I had a very comfortable sleep which was all I want.

Not too far out of town, which was very helpful as needed to be out early for a train. Great staff who were very friendly and great value for money.

the staff, the location, the pods room, the many different ways to have fun. I stayed longuer than I planned at the beginning because I felt so well in this place!

Loved the bright colours everywhere, was a great place to meet new people and to just have a laugh! So much to do there and felt right at home! Great atmosphere, relaxed and welcoming, jokey and friendly staff, and most other guests also! Made some amazing friends that will keep in touch with, and will DEFINATELY be going back there soon! =D

The staff, no matter the 16 hours shifts, always had a smile! They were very attentive, patient and cheerful.

The lounge is a great place to hang out. Lots of games, movies, and things to do. The staff was superb, very friendly and helpful. I wish I had more time to stay there on my trip.

it was brilliant. so lively and funky modern dorms and common area. so many different people to talk to. i loved the huge range of dvds and the massive video screen.

Lovely staff-cosy safe relaxing almosphere-small hostel and some people have to stay at their 2nd building nearby but can use the facilities here.Its the only hostel in Berminham that I could find so book early and it's great considering they are only getting started and haven't competition.I'd stay again.
