Great staff with very quirky decor right next to the coach station. Would stay again if in Birmingham.

Great breakfast (first one I've been in that has peanut butter), loved the free WiFi. The movies at night were a great idea to pass time. Biggest problem is there is only one shower until 8am. Also there are no outlets close to the beds so you can't charge your phone or use your lap top for too long in your room.

Loved the paint colours on the walls. Very energising. Very relaxed atmosphere and great to have brekky thrown in.

It was close to the train station and near all the shopping at the Bull Ring. The hostel itself was really cute and it seemed like everyone was having a good time meeting people. The location seemed a little sketchy, but I think that was only because we arrived in the middle of the night.

The staff were great, very helpful and friendly!! Gave us advice on where to go out. Facilities were also very good, and weren't what i expected from a hostel! There was a great film collection, and the free breakfast was really good!

The ambient in general. The main room with its colours and videogames. Variety of jams in the breakfast. It did not smell bad anywhere. I didn't find any dusty corner. No fungus in the bath or toilets. Quite clean in general.

The lounge was great fun, it was fantastically decorated and very inviting. Everyone was really friendly and they supplied some food and drinks for breakfast and dinner which was very handy.

Fun atmosphere and common area, with friendly staff. Pod sleeping allowed for privacy. Free lockers for each bed.
