Liked: This Guest House is not new, but is very clean and tidy. The double bed mattress was good and there was plenty of pillows.My only complaint: i was able to access 3 TV channels only. Too poor on this aspect.

Liked: i took 14 boys to yardley guesthouse and they were very helpfulthe location was great for the NECthe staff were great and could not do enough for us including helping us to book a resturant nearby for evening mealsI WOULD RECOMMEND YARDLEY GUESTHOUSE TO ANYONE and cannot wait to go back again
