 Location from the city centre on 10-15 min walk into the centre of birmingham

The extreme cleanliness, the friendly staff, the fabulous shower and the bus stop at the door.

the fact that the hostel had private on-suite facilities at a cheap rate with also the benifit of comunal areas for meeting other people travelling. Also the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The people working there were really nice and helpful for anything that you asked for. It was very good value for money being the quality of the rooms, comfort, tvs and everything and very secure because everyone had their own rooms.
