Berwick is an ideal base for exploring Northumberland, Lindisfarne and the Scottish Borders.
We are close to an amazing number of cycling and walking routes.
Additionally, Northumberland is an international Mecca for birders! We have excellent secure cycle storage facilities as well as good provision for drying out clothes/boots etc if you are unlucky with the weather!
Admire the magnificent stone fireplace as you toast yourself by the multi fuel stove.
Enjoy a barbecue on the veranda or in the delightful little courtyard garden as you relax in the cool summer night air, heavy with the scent of honeysuckle and jasmine.
Shared facilities include a good sized shower, well equipped kitchen, sitting room with TV, Internet access and Wi-Fi and dining room.
Sleeping bag and liner can be borrowed FREE or a bedding pack can be hired at a one-off cost of £5.
Although we will be raising our charges slightly, Continental Breakfast will be included in our price after New Year 2009!
Please arrange reception (16.00 - 22.00hrs) directly with the hostel.
In case of cancellation at any time after confirmation email, one third of total balance is payable directly to the hostel. PLEASE NOTE that this policy differs from the HostelBookers standard cancellation policy.
