Liked: Lovely old building close to the city. very friendly helpful staff

Liked: situated in a very beautiful and quiet location, not like other hostel chains, has some characteristics of its own

Disliked: bedsheets are very dirty, and there are many non-young people staying in the hostel, always complaining about our noises

Liked: This property is stunning! Despite being an uphill walk from town it is a gorgeous walk with fantastic views of the city. There are also buses so the walk isn't really a problem. The rooms were clean and functional and the food was good. The self serve kitchen was also well equipped and the staff were really heapful!

Disliked: The bathrooms were small and a bit dirty but otherwise everything was good.

Liked: the price

Disliked: the showers : some of them don't have pressure and some are ecoming bath because the water is not goinf out. The washbasin in the room had the same problem

Liked: The setting was amazing with outdoor table and chairs

Disliked: Some of the showers weren't working. Getting there from town is difficult as you either have to drive and find parking, catch a bus or walk up a massive hill

Liked: The building is beautiful and the facilities are good

Disliked: We had a car but it could have been a little harder to find without a car

Liked: We like the friendlyness of staffs at the frontdesk. We also appreciate the prompt handling of the loud noises from a huge group of students in the hallway at night.

Disliked: We feel unsafe at night when our door left unlock in the extended wing of the hostel.

Liked: Architecturely the house was beautiful and atmospheric,well placed with a scenic view over the city of Bath

Disliked: Ensuite bathroom was small and smelly and the plug in the sink was stuck.

Liked: Beautiful building, lovely dining area and lounge and bar. Met some really nice people, and staff were really helpful.

Disliked: Rooms were a bit cold as heating didn't come on until 10pm.

Liked: Nice, bright, clean rooms in a picturesque location.

Disliked: £3 per person, per night is added to the final balance on arrival unless you are a YHA member. You have to make the bed up when you arrive and are asked to remove all sheets from the bed before you leave. For the price, I would expect this to be done for you.

Liked: Generally clean and cheap. Good kitchen area and facilities.

Disliked: Internet way expensive! Double room incredible cramped and small. Great free cooked breakfast but the time way too short and manager quite mean about showing up to breakfast late; and staff not that helpful with recommendations and advice.

Liked: Situated on a beautiful, large property. Inside there is plenty of room to move.

Disliked: Need to fix first bathroom light in room 10.

Liked: a lovely old manor!

Disliked: A bit far from the city center but they are some buses. And because it is far, it is not a party place (which is good because no drunk people in the room). Mostly families and quiet travellers.

Liked: It´s a very pleasant part of the town, the walk into the "city" is magnificent with a beautiful view. The skylinewalk is directly accessable.

Disliked: Customer left no negative feedback.
