Liked: Location was great. Bar/pub was convenient. Showers were hot. Bathrooms were clean and I never had to wait.

Disliked: My key card stopped working randomly and there was no way to replace it without going out in the freezing cold street and into the pub. I got locked out of my room, wearing my PJs while I went to the toilet. Luckily the bar/reception was still open. Apparently this is a common occurence and other people in my room got locked out as well. Also, the bunk beds are really flimsy and any movement by your bunkmate will shake the bed quite a lot (I was woken up many, many times)--I'd never seen anything like it in my 20-month RTW trip. "Chill-out room" was tiny and very cold. Had to charge my phone at the bar. Zero atmosphere. I hung out at the pub, but no one there seemed to be staying at the hostel.

Liked: there is a bar downstaris .. that is awesome! The bathroom is pretty clean as well

Disliked: the storage room is not free. And there are only two socket in the entire 10 ppl room.

Liked: close to the main street and supermarket, there's a bar downstairs with discounts for guests also. common room is good for meeting people but very small. good wifi. its basic/no frills but you get what you pay for.

Disliked: 12 bed dorm only had 2 power outlets - in this day and age an individual has numerous items of technology to charge and a powerboard would have been helpful, especially when one of the outlets had to be used for the heater as the radiators were not effective. showers were pretty poor.

Liked: Nothing: there was nothing to like I would never stay there again and recommend that it should be avoided at all costs.

Disliked: Everything: like I said above- no heating, no towels or linen, no decent lockers, rude staff, no tv, no facilities for making or eating food and it's above a nightclub which doesn't close toll late so no sleep either- this isn't even what I'd consider a last resort- go to the YMCA the place is lively lovely and friendly- I went there to get a snack and cuppa from their cafe as there is nothing at st. Christophers!!

Disliked: The temperature of the hot water in the bath cannot be adjusted.

Liked: The rooms for six females are quite nice, we had a long table and nice mirror. The shower room is a mix , however I feel nothing different, except the morning hours are a little bit busy, people had to wait to get one suit for morning preparations.

Disliked: The street light affects the sleeping.

Liked: nothing. location at the least.

Disliked: we have stayed in atleast 35 hostels to date and by far this is the worse one.everything was wrong with it. the "chillout room" had rubbish everywhere, overflowing bins and stank. the bathrooms were dirty, with leaky toilets and hair stuck in the drains of the shower.

Liked: nothing.

Disliked: noise. Old beds, too many people for a little room, coldness (no warming). Bed-sheets were dirty. Toilets were very dirty. All dirty and noise.

Disliked: card locking system required constant redoing. No real kitchen for those who like to cook or store food. The TV in the shared area was only good for DVDs and no TV. It was a bit shabby but ok

Liked: it is in a city center and just a minutes walks from many attractions like Roman Bath, Bath Abbey, museums, etc. for a trip to Stonehenge, many services (package or transportation) offered nearby.

Disliked: the dorm is quite crowded and very limited space to put your luggage and move around

Liked: The location and the price were the only thing good about this hostel. The location is right in the middle of town and the price is good.

Disliked: Well the entire bar scene ruined our stay with you. We were in the room right above the bar and the music was thumping and extremely loud till 1 am. I understand if it has to be going and be loud but not to the point of shaking every bed in our room. It was a vibrating bed. I know the bar must keep people coming but when you have people paying for a room this is an unacceptable accommodations. The cleanliness was also unacceptable. The rooms were clean but the bathrooms and common room were not.

Liked: Location, staff were friendly, bar specials for those staying the night.

Disliked: The music in the bar (every hostel in this chain has a Belushi's downstairs) was horribly loud both when you're in the bar and in the bedrooms right above it, my ears were ringing after getting a drink downstairs, and my bed was vibrating from the bass when i got upstairs (this was after their posted 12AM quiet hours began). There was only 1 bathroom with 3 toilets and 3 showers for everyone in the hostel, and it was barely passable in quality/cleanliness. My first key card didn't work, so I had to get a replacement (which they were happy to do, but I wasn't the only one whose card didn't work at first). It's not horrible, but it wasn't good enough to recommend, even though there's not much else to choose from in Bath.

Liked: Fantastic location - short walking distance to absolutely everywhere. Staff really lovely & helpful. Great included breakfast. Super cheap drinks at the bar.

Disliked: Bathrooms not great. Showers only work for 30 secs at a time. Key cards didn't always work. Wifi didn't work in bedrooms.

Liked: The hostel staff were amazing. Chris at the bar was so helpful and felt you feel right at home on the moment of check-in, and Oli was also so friendly and fantastic.

Disliked: Wifi was rubbish, shower was an horrific experience, the key cards are always failing and you have to get them re-programmed at reception, the common room is very small and only suitable for one small group of people, there's only one power point in a 12 bed dorm.

Disliked: they don't want extend my stay because complaints about me when actualy is those the people make noise and are ineducated many times, they pass all they do clean and me instead suffered the consecuences, same injustice is done and I don't like this kyne of things.apart of all I put in this form that is true I never come bach to any belushi establisment ever.
