Liked: Chris the guy at reception was really friendly and helpful when I checked in, the rest of the staff was very helpful during the 2 days that I stayed. Cheap meals and drinks at Belushis bar for all guests of the hostel.

Disliked: I had a very squeaky bed, and at nights it can be very noisy with the party life in the street.

Liked: It was clean. You had 10% discount at the bar below.

Disliked: There were not enough toilets (two were broken). The keys stopped working suddenly so you had to had it reset - one day mine was reset three times. There's no fridge in the common room (Chill-out Room). Although there's no curfew, the reception is closed at night and opens at 8.

Liked: Free breakfast and wifi. Lockers in dorms. Less than a 10 minute walk from the train station and central location within the city. Reasonably priced food and drinks in the pub below.

Disliked: The key card to get into the building would need to be reset almost daily, but nothing the staff at the reception weren't happy to do. Overall, no complaints really.

Liked: Location was very good and I liked the pub. Also they had clothes washing facilities which I used.

Disliked: The showers were terrible. Water came from 7 feet up and drenched everything - then as soon as I got some soap on the water shut off. The water temperature was impossible to regulate.

Liked: good location, good atmosphere, friendly staff they screwed up my booking which I didn't even notice so they gave me nearly50% off which was awesome thanks guys

Liked: AWESOME!!! the staff were extremely friendly. Especially one girl at the bar, its a shame she is leaving for australia.

Liked: it is central and they make good pancakes! and it is cheap, and the staff is nice and friendly and helpfull.

Disliked: the showers are terrible!! the bathroom is not very good. some nights were very noicey, the pub is jus below the rooms and the windows don't isolate the sound very much.

Liked: I really enjoyed that everyone was very friendly, and there were adequate safey measures, the breakfast was good,and the location (even if our room was next to a noisy street) was good being close to the abbey and center of town and a grocery store right a cross the street

Disliked: I didn't enjoy that I had to pay 6.50 for a lock and not get my money back even though I returned it. The beds were also squeeky but that it nothing new.

Liked: Awesome staff. They are really helpful and informative. The downstairs bar draws a great crowd, and it is literally a five minute walk to anything else someone visiting Bath would want to see.

Disliked: There can be some street noise until late.

Liked: Great location, and the usual St. Christopher's high level of service. Belushi's bar/food was great as usual as were the staff.

Liked: Its proximity to the sights of Bath was it's #1 aspect, and the only real good thing. The fact that it's on top of a lively pub might be a plus for some, but not for me. The free internet was decent, but has an over zealous filter in place.

Disliked: As per above, on top of a very noisy pub - one that hosts bands with amps and speakers! On top of that, the room I was in was close to a fairly busy road. Extremely annoying was having to pay to leave luggage during the day. Since I had a bag and backpack, I had to pay double. At least it was secure I suppose. The beds aren't the most fantastic and wobble, but I've had worse.

Disliked: The Chill Out Room was rather small and slightly 'stuffy'.

Liked: The staff was really friendly and helpful, the food is good and love the discount prices! Also, liked the lockers in the rooms under the beds and the pamphlet of stuff to do in Bath that they give you when you arrive.

Disliked: I don't think the sheets were that clean... and it was suuuper loud at night! I can see why they give out free earplugs at the reception.
