About SinaiStars Bedouin Camp

The eco-friendly Bedouin Beach Camps are located in Wadi Mahash near Nuweiba, South Sinai. Like in paradise you find all what you need for body and soul.

Enjoy the warm hospitality of the Bedouins. But Attention: once you know you will love and miss them!

The Restaurant is open all day and will serve you always fresh and tasty foods. Try the excellent fresh fish and calamari; or how about maglouba, a traditional Bedouin meal? The menu offers you a wide range of Mediterranean, international and Oriental food. The Hamam has showers and European standard WCs. You can meet interesting people from all over the world.

Mahash has got a wonderful white beach and clear water, coral reefs and colorful fishes.
You will live in a lovely palm hut on the beach, watching the waves and the sunrise from your bed.

You can swim, snorkle, dive and kite in Mahash. If you decide for a trip to the desert, here is the place to plan and prepare !

In the night around the campfire, drink tea and watch the Bedouins making the mother of all breads: Libba.

Accommodation Information

The hushas are simple but very cosy. They are made of wood and palm leaves and you have windows and doors that you can close if you like.

Located directly on the beach you can enjoy the waves and the sunrise above the mountains of Saudi Arabia. If you want you can move your bed outside and sleep under the starry sky.

In Mahash you can do what you like! If you just want to relax in the beach with some snorkling then feel free.

Maybe you want to dive in this amazing sea? There are several PADI Diving centers around.

Have you thought about kiting? Mahash is a secret spot because of its wind conditions. In the winter months there is a kite school next door.

Nearby, in Nuweiba, there are bazars, internet cafes, pharmacy, beer shop, restaurants, banks with ATM and the port. From here you can go to Aqaba by a ferry that goes daily.
Dahab is an hour away and if you need some nightlife, here is the place! A nice new place nearby is "Castle Zaman", built by an Egyptian artist. You can enjoy “slow food” and go swimming in his specially designed pool.

Visit Pharao Island , the Oasis Ain Khudra, the Colored Canyon, Mount Sinai, Ras Abo Galloum, Serabit el Khadem and many many other amazing places !
