 We wanted a small beach hotel in a quiet location and this was perfect for our requirements. It is between the port and the (very quiet) town centre, both a few kilometres away in either direction.

the place was quite nice and good value for the money. the staff were quite friendly and helpful, too. it was really deserted...maybe it had 10% occupancy at best, and i i had the entire beach to myself. the downside is that it's pretty isolated from the downtown area and there is no internet access onsite.
