Stay in the house of a real Bedouin Sheikh, in Dahab, who wants you to come and make yourself at home. Sheikh Salem House is set on a lovely sandy beach on the edge of town. The guest house offers amazing views of the Red Sea, Saudi Arabia and the Mountains of Sinai.

Our Beach Guest House is a budget boutique style hotel with accommodation for all budgets in a magnificent setting. This is a private house managed by a Bedouin Team and has amazing views of Saudi Arabia, the Red Sea and the Mountains of Sinai.

Accommodation
Our guest accommodation is unique and features deluxe en suites with air conditioning, satellite TV, private patio, modern wet room bathrooms.

Our budget rooms offer private, clean and spacious accommodation with fan and shared bathroom.

All our guests have full use of the private sandy beach and communal areas and we have a relaxed and friendly environment that is perfect for group stays, couples or single travelers.

Eco Friendly
Since 2006 we have been promoting sustainable tourism and we are recycling most of our waste and doing our bit to save the environment. We also provide details to our guests on how they can do their bit to help.

Groups
We welcome group bookings and we can accommodate groups of up to 28 people. We can provide special services for groups including events, parties (on site or in number of amazing desert locations) and excursions.

Local Culture
We are a Bedouin owned and managed guest house and we promote Bedouin Culture and Handicrafts in Dahab. The house is owned by the family of a real Bedouin Sheikh and we work with his family to ensure all our guests have a relaxing and enjoyable stay and learn about Bedouin life.

We have been highly recommended in The Frommers Guide to Egypt 2008 as a top budget place to stay in Dahab.

Accommodation Information

All our rooms are unique and we have different price bands.

One our ground floor are our suites with ensuite bathroom, air conditioning, satelite tv, terrace and fresh water for showers. Some have beautiful sea views and some have garden and mountain views.

On our first floor are our budget rooms and our apartment for families and groups. Our budget rooms are spacious and clean and have fans, shared bathroom with fresh water.

The building is set right on the beach close to the Eel Garden Dive & Snorkel site in Assalah, Dahab. It is in a beautiful location, ideal for relaxation or desert adventures.

Location Information

Our guest house has a great area for shallow water snorkelling and is right next to the Eel Garden Dive and Snorkel Site. We are on the edge of the main town centre but only 10 minutes walk from a heart of the town centre.
Close by we have a good shopping area, cafes and bars.
