 Nice and very helpful staff. The most friendly of maids I've ever seen. Two older ladies that helped with laundry and brought you breakfast every morning.

The way the guests are treated is very good!
They have very good tour programmes for everyone travelling to Egypt.
Haitham, the manager of the hostel is a good character and one can rely on his advices and recommendations!
All in all, I had a great time in Canadian Hostel.

The staff are really helpeful and cant do enough to help out. Also if you need help planning a trip they have to back up to put together any level of experience for you. Accom is basic but great value. Would highly recomend this hostel.

We met Haitham and he managed to organized a great trip for us fulfilling each of commponents also following up our tours at every location. Therefore we really recommend this hostel and specifically Haitham to help you prepare your Egyptcian experience.

Friendly staff (The Manager- HaiTham & Staff- Mustaffa).They are great man, helpful and Friendly. Convenience location, 5 minutes to Metro Station, 5 Minutes to Egyptian Museum, 30 minutes to Giza Pyramid (Depend on traffic condition).
We will stay in Canadian Hostel again.

Haitham the manager was extremely helpful and arranged our tour for us for a very reasonable price. He let us use the facilities at the hostel after we had checked out as well and gave us all the information we needed to know about Egypt and not getting ripped off. It's also very cheap :)

clean, air conditioning, EXTREMELY NICE/FRIENDLY/helful staff, very safe for you and your backpack. I wish I knew that they also arranged short/long tours because their deals are much better than contiki.

The guys are really really helpful. In Egypt you will meet a lot of people who try to rip you off, but these guys are extremely helpful, really friendly and do a fantastic job. They speak fluent english and even helped negotiate with dodgy Cairo taxi drivers
The location is excellent, it is about a 20 metre walk from the central station Sadat. Its clean, safe and very cheap

Staff are terrific as is the location. Bit noisy and WC are interesting but value wise it is very acceptable.

If you are traveling to Egypt, dont have the same standards for the accomodations as going to Munich or Paris. For the resources that this facility has, they do an excellent job. It is located right next to the metro and a 5 minute walk to the egyptian museum and a 10 minute walk to the Nile. I would stay there again.
