 This was a wonderful place to stay after our original hostel in Cairo. The staff were great and extremely helpful. They did not try to take advantage of you by trying to get more money. They directed us around the city. The hostel was clean. I was very happy to stay here and would recommend it to any one. It was a good price for the room too.

it is very nice place to stay in Cairo.very safe I never felt alone cause the staff are very friendly allways help you with big smile. the service wes very good and fast.it is very good location with good big rooms and nice style.a lot of services are free like internet and hot drinksand 24 hours it is really fancy with big breakfasts.shortly you really feel it is your own home.I wish you will have my same great days here to discover the real means of hotels.

Most of the staff were really helpful. One even brought tea when I was sick and offered to go to the pharmacy for me.

the people are very friendly, they helped us a lot, gave us advices on how to get the best out of our stay in egypt along with how to talk to taxi drivers and all the other things
they were really helpful and we also had a good laugh :)
definitely recomending it

Staff were very friendly and genuinely informative about the best and most efficient way to see the pyramids and to tour luxor which has come in very handy. Easy-going atmosphere - they do very well in making you feel like one of the family!

Thank you so much for making us feel at home. Mr Aly and all the staff is a delight and full of knowledge about his Country. We would recommend this hostel to anyone travelling to Cairo not only for it's location but it's friendliness! .New Minerva Hotel Re a place you call home.
