The staff was extremely helpful - they tried to do whatever possible, within reason, to meet our needs with a friendly attitude. The location and options are great - easy access to the subway and train station.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, the airline had lost our luggage and the staff tried to help re-locate it.
