The LOCATION is fantastic! Just 3~5mins from the cairo museum and 5~7min from the sadaat station. The color of the rooms are so funky and unique. I liked salmon + opal colors so much of the rooms :) and the staffs are so lovely!!! they are trying to do whatever you want or whatever you need. don't forget to ask them about CARTUSHEE(?) store. they know the master of it and the price is much chaeper than any other places!!! I'll stay here next time as well and recommend to all of my friends and YOU!! just go there! you will not regret it for sure :)

The hotel's location is wonderful. It's literally down the street from the Egyptian Antiquities Museum, close to the Corniche, and the Metro. I was traveling with someone who was very "honest" about her needs, wants, and opinions. The employees took it in stride and continued to do their best to make sure we had a great stay. Here's an example, when I was sick, they arranged to bring me 7up and other things I asked for. When we arrived, they no longer had our requested room type, but made arrangements upstairs with the Arabesque Hotel to ensure that we would have our twin beds/ ensuite bath room. And it was a fabulous room. They arranged for a private taxi to Giza and a ride to the train station. All and all, a great group of people. For those travelers who are not used to budget travel in Egypt, keep in mind that most hotels will have low shower pressure, towels only upon request, and garbage detail upon request. This is true across the country and it's true at the Invitation Hotel as well.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful,especially for arranging our Tours to Aswan & Luxor.The hostel is always kept clean.excellent location.
Thankyou to all the staff especially to the two Ahmad's,who made our trip very enjoyable.

The staff were very friendly and helpful in organising trips. They were very attentive throughout the day or night. As a group of 5 girls in Cairo we felt very safe and welcomed in a big city! The drinks and food on offer were all very cheap and the rooms were spotlessly clean! They really do mean what they say when they say it is a 2* hotel with a 5* servicel I would certainly come back and would recommend this hostel 100%!

The staff were very friendly and clearly proud of their hostel. They had lots of information, spoke excellent english and made us feel like one of the family rather than a guest at the hostel. Awesome place.

A bargain hotel located in in the heart of cairo (less than 5 min walk to the egyptian museum und metro) with the downside that it is a bit noisy due to the traffic, but if you can´t stand noise you better don´t visit cairo. Very friendly and helpful staff, that makes you feel part of the family.

Gim, Timo, Ahmed and the other guy are very friendly and helpful. The cats at the entry are sooo cute. The hostel is in the centre of cairo, down town. The hostel is absolutly recommendable for the price. We' ll come back.

Localizaciion perfecta en todo el centro cerca de la estacion de bus y del Museo. La gente que trabaja aqui son muy amables y buena gente. Ojo lasa excursiones es mejor hacerlas por tu cuenta, no os dejeis llebar.

I booked one night in this hostel,but i stayed for 3 more nights the staff was really helpfull.They offered me a private car to drive me to the Pyramids,besides arranging a tour to Luxor&Aswan.I returned back after this tour to the hotel,and stayed one night and then i went with them to the Desert it was very nice specially the bedwen dancing there,it suited me cuz i like safari.
Thanks for all the staff for being very friendly with me,that makes me thinking about coming again.Thank you Tamer & Ahmed,i will miss you guys. xx

The hotel lives up to it's name - the most inviting staff and facilities I've ever encountered in Egypt. Makes for a cushioned landing into Cairo, and fantastic location (just next door to Cairo Museum, and metro station is right there!)

The hostel is pretty good located and the staff are friendly. Cost/benefit is good but as most places here in Egypt, excursions and other activities offered by the staff are overpriced.
The building whre the hotel is hasnt have repairs since a century ago, which makes the street entrance something doubtfull for the new arrived guest. Nonetheless, it is safe and fairly clean.

The location is pretty good. People there were kind and friendly. I made a mistake when booked. But they kindly helped me and did my favor. After two weeks travelling, I came back to this hotel and stayed there.

I loved this hostel!!! What makes this hostel great besides the clean rooms and washrooms, cool common area and other facilities are the people working here...they are very wam and welcoming staff...They are very honest and helped us plan our entire trip around Egypt...GREAT HOSTEL...GREAT STAFF!
