Liked: the staff are very friendly, makes me feel at home. especially people like Nabil and Jamaica, they were of great help with information we need about touring Egypt.

Liked: very friendly staff,nice roof garden,clean rooms with tv and satellite,lot of fun,nice barbecue parties ,meeting other travellers so you can enjoy alot of conversation while drinking alot of tea.

Liked: There is a great atmosphere at the New Palace Hotel. The staff is friendly and very helpful. I especially like their roof top restaurant, there you can relax after a busy day in Cairo.

Liked: The hostel staff is very very friendly and helpful, especially Walid, Abdulla, Reda, Napil, Sharif, Mehmood and others. They made me feel homely. It was just like being with my family.

Liked: The staff of the New Palace is awesome- very polite, friendly and helpful! You feel save and homelike there which is relaxing especially for women. The interior is furnished fondly and especially the new rooms are an excellent value for money. The roof terrace is cosy and I enjoyed it a lot to sit there at night. The location in the heart of Cairo's sights is perfect if you wish to discover the city genuinely. I would really recommend the New Palace to all Cairo visitors!
