Carmen CheungThe bathroom water pipe broke at 3am and showered the entire room (there’s just a wall between bathroom and our bed). All our clothes and luggage got wet. They cleaned the room by afternoon but the room still smells. Someone once comment that they booked their excursions through Bedouin and got ripped off. Same thing here! Once when we got into the private ride we were pressured to pay for whatever they asked for and forced to buy at their designated stores. We were driven to be cheated and the whole camel ride experience was terrible and totally ruined the day. |

Samantha AustinI did stay at the Bedouin Hostel the first night I stayed but after going on a tour the second night I stayed was at the sister hostel across the hall which wasn't as nice! Semar was great an offered me tea when I arrived. He also arranged a driver for me (even though it was 3am!) for a morning tour Saquarra. Didn't meet any other travellers but I was only there for a morning and a night so... Would I stay again, yes! As long as Seamar was working!!! |

Customer reviewThe location was great! Not so close to Giza (but what is?) The owners were very hospitable. Anything you need, they will take care of you. Wonderful local flavor. Would love to visit again. |

Lindsey GrahamBoth Kareem and Seymour are wonderful people. They have a wealth of information for traveling around Cairo and Giza. The hostel was perfectly situated in downtown, a 5 minute walk to the Egyptian Museum. Many young people congregate at the cafes on the street at night and offer a perfect view of normal Cairo nightlife. The area was very safe, and excellent food was available right on the corner. We will definately be back :) |

jacques durandthe rooms are very good, clean, nice with confortable beds and good air condition. The location is great, it is in the centre of Cairo but we don t hear the trafic, which is crazy in this city. there is everything you need in the street near the hotel, restaurant and coffee shops...The staff is nice and helpful, they are welcoming, ready to share their dinner. They organize my trip around Egypt for good price. I definitely recommend this place for people who like family atmosphere. |
