Liked: Friendly staff, great atmosphere and always there to help out with your trip not just your stay in Cairo. best part has to be the cleanliness and wifi combined with great staff. Emam was the best staff member at the hostel.

Liked: The hostel staff were extremely helpful and friendly and provided a great atmosphere! They would take you out and make sure you get good prices for your purchases and organize trips at reasonable prices for you. I would 110% recommend this hostel for your stay in Egypt

Liked: Had a fantastic time at Brothers Hostel; the team are fabulous, really knowledgeable and generous - they took great care of me that I feel like I'm part of their family. Airport transfers, good breakfast, excellent location, safe, clean and comfortable - everything you need in a hostel and just ask and Mohamed, Karim or Ahmed will organise it . Met some lovely people staying here too. Close to the museum, no problems in Cairo or Egypt at all which was very reassuring for a girl travelling alone

Liked: Extremely friendly as stated in Lonely Planet. Very nice staff, who will do everything to make your stay in Cairo pleasant and without hassle. They are always giving good travel advice, and do suggest tours, but since me and my wife prefer to do things ourselves they are very accepting of this. Very safe and secure. Every single one of the staff were to hospitable and welcoming. They present Egypt as Egypt should be presented. A warm people, very hospitable who will go far to make you enjoy this beautiful country and come back again.

Liked: The owner (Mohamed) is amazing. He is extremely helpful and so are all of his staff. They are all very friendly and ready to help at all times. Mohamed organized a nice 5 day nile cruise and desert tour for us during our stay. The owner and staff at Brothers have become a second family to us.

Liked: I traveled in Egypt with my 20 year old niece and my 11 year old son for 2 weeks. All I can say is that Brothers Hostel took super good care of us. They helped us organizing our trip all around Egypt and everything went super well. Everywhere we went, we felt very safe and there was always someone taking very good care of us. The people here (Mohamed, Emam and all the others) are just wonderful. I recommend this hostel big time with peace of mind. Thank you very much Brothers : you made our trip to Egypt more than awesome! BTW...Egypt is safe. The people are just claiming their rights in peace.

Liked: Wonderful hostel in Cairo, Great Great Great deal for the money. Very clean with a friendly and helpful staff that speaks great english. Are willing to arrange anything for you. Would def recommend for any type of traveler. When I come back to Cairo I will def stay there again!

Liked: Genuinely good guys who want to help. As a solo female traveler they really looked after me. They will organise anything you need or leave you alone as the mood takes you. One of the best hostels I have used in many, many travels.

Liked: If u are looking for a affordable Hostel this is the place! , the staff is VERY friendly and helpful. No question goes unanswered, They're there to help 24/7. I had an amazing time in Cairo/Luxor for a week, My whole stay was filled with laughs from the staff, they're very down to earth and well mannered. Location is excellent, about 7 mins from the Cairo Museum. I walked around the city by myself with no problems, the citizens are very polite and helpful if u need any assistance. I recommend this Hostel for anyone traveling solo and or in a group as a nice relaxing place to rest your head as u tour the city. 5 stars! *****........... I will be coming back

Liked: The hostel is extremely clean, spacious, and comfortable! It was a nice resting spot in our crazy travels, and exactly what we needed. The staff at the hostel, especially Mohamed, made our trip though. He was always eager to point us in the direction of adventure, accompany us to local spots, and share the best places to visit. He definitely pushed our trip above and beyond what we could have expected!

Liked: Very nice staff, relax and friendly ambient. Old building with personality and big rooms. Great new shower got installed when I was there.. very nice!!!

Disliked: Its a bit noisy but that is what you get in Cairo if you want to be central.

Liked: I found the hostel to be great value for money, they picked me up from the airport for free which was a great help....then when I arrived the staff were so friendly they organised all my tours around cairo they are soo informative...There was also free wi fi in my room and the free breakfast in the morning started my day off great....The hostel is very clean and I would definately return to Brothers when I come back to Cairo ::))

Liked: This is a friendly hostel with a welcoming atmosphere, The rooms are very clean, comfortable, free pick up from the airport, free wi- fi and well furnished.Breakfast is very tasty and there is a good choice. The hostel is also in an excellent location for anything you want to do in Cairo.thay sent me trip to pyramides and all sites it's great

Liked: I really enjoyed my stay in Brothers Hostel. The staff is young, very helpfull and full of suggestions. However, they don't force you to do any tours, and if you just want transportation information, they will be happy to provide that for you as well. The hostel is clean, and the 'living' is quite relaxed, some cushions on the floor where you feel at home immediately. If you come back from a day trip, a museum or just a walk in town, it's a relaxed place to come back to. highly recommend

Liked: This was a great hostel for a short stay in Cairo. All the staff were really helpful and friendly . They take care of everything for you, from organising tours to ordering your meals. We didnt need to worry about a thing.The beds are great and very comfy, rooms and bathrooms clean, and great room to sit and relax and watch TV. Everything taken care of,

Liked: This was my first stay in a hostel but overall it was fantastic. The staff is incredibly helpful and even helped arrange reasonably priced drivers in Cairo, FREE airport pick up, and trips across Egypt. The rooms are air conditioned and very clean. The water was hot and had great pressure, especially compared to the other hotels we stayed at in Egypt. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Liked: I have been in Cairo before a lot of times, and now I founded the best place to stay in my favourite city. The place is clean, excellent location in Cairo downtown and the staff is very kindly. They help to me with everything I needed in my stay there (thank you Mohamed for everything you done for me). If you want to go to Cairo, stay here !!!!!!!!

Liked: Basic hostel centrally located, with friendly, helpful and reliable staff.

Disliked: Facilities a bit run down (expectable for downtown), but generally clean. Not much of a character, sometimes feels quite commercially focused, but that's the way Cairo goes, and their tours are usually good value. Breakfast very basic.

Liked: Mohamed and his team were just great, very friendly and extremely helpful. Mohamed advised us well with regards to our travels beyond Cairo, he arranged everything (including an unplanned Nile cruise which turned out to be a hi-light). I would recommend this hostel to anyone (regardless of age) wanting a cheap, clean, safe and friendly place to stay.
